NIA District V (RIIS), headed by engr. Seema S. Gonzaga ordered a simultaneous clearing and maintenance of the cleanliness of irrigation canals in different areas of Rinconada.
Engr. Gonzaga appealed to the public to stop littering specifically in the irrigation canals to prevent flooding which is one of the major issues in the area during torrential rains and typhoons.
