NIA Region V, through the Institutional Development Section headed by IDS Chief Marilou O. Oatemar, conducted the EPAHP Value Added Skills Seminar Workshop, participated by the IDOs, and selected IAs across Bicol Region at the Farmer’s Training Center, NIA R5 compound, on April 27, 2022.
CRS Officer JO2 Karen Kaye Acal-Elnar of BJMP Camarines Norte facilitated the clay art workshop from which participants learned how to create chibi dolls and various accessories.
This initiative will enable the participants, especially the IA members, to gain additional skills that they could use for potential business ventures alongside farming.
