The NIA Region V Internal Quality Audit (IQA) team, headed by AFD Manager Joseph A. Rebadulla successfully carried out the Internal Quality Audit for management, support, and ISO Core processes of the NIA Regional Office and Irrigation Management Offices last September 28-30, 2022 which aims to evaluate the Region’s implementation and maintenance of NIA Quality Management System and its conformity to ISO standards.
NIA Regional Manager Lauro E. Ballesteros stressed that the conduct of audit is not just for mere compliance but also, to immediately address possible non-conformity and to ensure the effectiveness of each process that is vital to the agency’s overall performance.
