National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Acting Administrator, Engr. Eddie G. Guillen addresses the Irrigators Association (IA) officers and members of NIA Region V for the NIA-IA Congress 2023 being held at Hotel St. Ellis, Legazpi City in the Province of Albay.
The said activity aims to create convergence among Local Government Units (LGUs), and Government Agencies in order to create a sustainable programs and projects that will ensure improvement of the farmer's quality of life.
