Naga City— Engr. Gaudencio M. De Vera assumed his post as the new Regional Manager, succeeding Engr. Roberto J. Dela Cruz, at the NIA Regional Office No. 5 during the turnover of leadership on July 25, 2023, held at the NIA conference room, here.
The event was virtually presided over by NIA Senior Deputy Administrator, Engr. Robert C. Suguitan, who was simultaneously leading the Change of Management (CMT) workshop for the finalization of the NIA Reorganization Proposal in Orani, Bataan.
Engr. De Vera served as the Regional Manager of NIA Region 1 for one and a half years.
On the other hand, after 8 months of serving NIA Bicol, the outgoing Acting Regional Manager, Engr. Dela Cruz, will now serve as the new chief for NIA Region 4a, pursuant to Office Memorandum 131 s. 2023.
Senior Deputy Administrator Suguitan, the Presiding Officer, and Guest of Honor, shared in his message that the Top Management, headed by NIA Administrator, Engr. Eduardo Eddie G. Guillen, is confident in the leadership skills and capabilities of the reassigned managers as they continue to gain new experiences in their current area of responsibility.
