Shortly after being appointed as the new NIA Senior Deputy Administrator, SDA Benny D. Antiporda visited NIA Region V last February 26, 2022.

NIA R5 officials led by AFD Acting Manager Joseph A. Rebadulla, together with Albay-Catanduanes IMO Acting Manager Jessie D. Baynas, Camarines Sur IMO Acting Manager Luis C. Bragais and other personnel welcomed SDA Antiporda at the Legazpi Airport.

As part of the agency’s mission to improve agricultural productivity and increase farmers’ income, the NIA Region V, through the Institutional Development Section conducted a seminar on Financial Management last February 23, 2021.

RIIS Supervising IDO, Ms. Merle Bongon discussed the financial Management System with the NIA-assisted Irrigator’s Associations (IAs) members during the event held at Nabua, Camarines Sur.
